His expertise extends across the full healthcare continuum, from Senior Living (SNF, AL, MC) to specialized sectors including Behavioral Health, Acute Care hospitals, and Post-Acute rehab facilities. By maintaining a direct pulse on institutional appetite and shifting reimbursement landscapes, Isaac ensures that every mandate — regardless of clinical complexity — is structured to maximize proceeds and certainty for the sponsor.
